What this site collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

What the form collects

When you send a brief from the Commissions page, the form sends your name, email address, your Discord username if you add one, the type of project and your message. It also sends your IP address and the type of browser you are using, so that repeated and automated submissions can be blocked.

The commission form is not for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not send us a brief.

Where it goes

Your brief goes to the Entity Builds team by email so we can reply. A copy is kept by Boostpad, the agency that runs this website, so no inquiry is lost. We use what you send to answer your brief and to quote for and carry out the work you ask about. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
